Star is a young 7 mos. spayed female who is looking for her “forever” home. Like all cats Star loves to play with a toy feather, hiding in cardboard boxes, playing with squeaky toys or just sitting in front of a window watching all the wonders of the outside. Will never refuse a nice scratch under the chin or one or two behind the ears. Star would be best in a home as the only cat.

Hi my name is Star and I am looking for a home that will give me lots and lots of love! No one explained to me why I ended up in a high kill shelter and can’t understand why anyone would send me here. It’s a good thing DC PAWS rescued me and took me out of this scary place. I think I was named Star because my eyes are so bright and look like stars that twinkle. But if you adopt me I certainly will be your bright shiny star!
